The
National
Heat Pump Awards 2011,
to be held 23rd
June, 2011,
have received strong backing and endorsement from all sides of the
industry. Launched to reward and celebrate the best products,
projects and professionals across the expanding heat pumps sector,
the aims of the Awards have been echoed by industry leaders and
organisations across the sector.
The
awards patron organisation, the Heat Pump Association (HPA), has
been joined by a growing list of organisations officially backing the
event. These include the Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Institute,
BEAMA, Federation of Environmental Trade Associations,
the HVCA, the Heating and Hotwater Industries Council, and UHMA.
Cedric
Sloan, director general of FETA, said: I am delighted that the
heat pump industry now has its own national awards competition. Due
to the persistence and commitment of the members of the FETA Heat
Pump Association, this valued technology has been recognised as an
indispensable part of the UK renewables strategy.

Full sponsors confirmed to date include Calorex, Danfoss Heat Pumps,
the HVCA, Mitsubishi Electric, and Toshiba Carrier UK. Associate
