The Brasilian Association of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heating (Abrava) has just created a new national department, the Thermal Insulation DN, during the presidency of Rodrigo Ratão, from Isover Saint-Gobain, and the vicepresidency of Daniel de Faria, from Polipex.

The mission of the new DN is to coordinate and develop work with a wider scope regarding thermal insulation, and also review the product and application standards, such as NBR 6401. The new Abrava DN has began operation and already has some active associates in the department, such Isover Saint-Gobain, Polipex, Armacell and Fibra Flex, reveals the association’s press release.
