The American Council On
Renewable Energy (ACORE) has selected
leading b-to-b information provider, Access
Intelligence, to purchase a minority stake in the RETECH exhibition and
conference event, which brings together more than 3,000 leaders in the
fast-growing renewable and alternative energy technology sector.
The just-announced
partnership with Access Intelligence will place AI in the rapidly expanding
renewable energy marketplace and will enhance the RETECH trade show and
conference, to be held in February 2010, which earlier this year attracted more
than 240 executive speakers, 3,000 attendees, and featured an Exhibit Hall with
140 renewable energy companies demonstrating their products.
"AI has the
capability to take RETECH to another level, and as partners this will benefit
our loyal customers while also generating new opportunities for both of our
organizations," notes Michael Eckhart, President of ACORE. "We're
extremely impressed with the style and professionalism of the management team
at AI, and are excited about a long and fruitful relationship between our
groups."
