Ferroli, a large industrial group that offers integral solutions for air conditioning and domestic comfort, has equipped the former head office of the Bank of Spain in Cáceres with its new air conditioning solutions.

This rehabilitation project consisted of an adjustment of the old building of the bank of Spain in Cáceres to comply with the current legislations and the modification of the three house plants to the actual administrative use, which has consequently forced to the almost total transformation of the interior distribution and to a particular design of the air conditioning facilities.

The main goal of the rehabilitation of the air conditioning facilities was to improve the energy efficiency of the building by using high efficiency equipment from Ferroli, such as a cooler with heat recovery RL 260 RT AS and Fan coils of Mercury conduits, with which is possible to provide simultaneously heat and cold without the need of using the building’s heating system, resulting in energy cost savings, reducing CO2 emissions and improving the overall energy qualification of the building.
