Industry leaders to attend Green Building Focus Conference EXPO |

On the 28th and 29th of July, the worlds leading
authorities in sustainable development will descend upon Birmingham, Alabama
from all over the globe to participate in the Green Building Focus Conference & EXPO.
With over 200 exhibitors, 10 keynote speakers and 18 regionally-focused
workshops and seminars, the green construction and design conference is
specifically designed for built environment professionals.
The Green Building Focus Conference & EXPO includes
a full day seminar introduction to ICC-700: 2008 National Green Building
Standard presented by the International Code Council (ICC),
and the full day Learning to LEED 3.0
course presented by Professor Charles Kibert, PhD. The comprehensive three-day
agenda will feature the latest trends, techniques, technologies and materials
in the green building movement.
The event will gather all
the construction industry and leading US experts in the South East region in
the Green Building Focus to present and share ideas, debate and apply global
thoughts and trends in green building to the local environment in the
Southeast. Practical, case study-based presentations and break-out sessions
will be complimented by an exhibition of more than 200 green building products
and services.
