Spanish Technical Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Atecyr) and Energesis, a pioneer company in the design, implementation and management of geothermal air conditioning systems, work together to raise awareness among their members of Albacete and Cuenca about geothermal energy, a renewable energy less known in Spain and whose development is still incipient.

To this end, on the 3rd June, in Albacete, and on the15th June, in Cuenca, will be held the technical seminar about Principles and applications of geothermic HVAC. During the seminar will be explained the basic elements necessary for the design of such facilities and will be analyzed different case studies of facilities monitored in operation.

Other topics to be addressed are the development of the market for geothermal heat pumps in Spain and Europe and the innovative applications of geothermal heat pump systems, such as thermo structures and hybrid systems.
