GPD China 2010 was held successfully on June 2-3, 2010. Despite fears that the financial crisis might affect GPD China 2010, attendance was just as high as always with registration reaching almost 400 participants, including glass processors, architects, façade designers, construction professionals, researchers and glass media professionals. 

‘A significant factor of success we have in attracting many participants is the fact that we always include on the Conference agenda the most up-to-date topics. The special focus on Energy Efficiency and Solar Technology seem to have raised considerable interest from all participants due to the fact that they have become in recent years specific growth areas of the industry’ says Mr. Brown Onduso, Member of the Organizing Committee.

The combination of practical and general issues in two parallel sessions running each day brought exceptional knowledge updating opportunities to all participants on the current situation in the glass industry. Both sessions had simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese languages, allowing all participants the freedom to attend any lecture of their choice.
