The creation of La Planète Verte, a federation of French refrigeration, air
conditioning, professional kitchens and renewable energies companies, has been
recently announced by former SNEFCCA members Bernard Debruyne, Daniel Gaillard,
Gilles Guerreau, Ralph Kuthe, Dominique Lebot, Jean Paul Lecerf, Tony Loisel
and Thierry Wehrle.
The Le Trait-based
organization has teamed up with UIMM, the French Metallurgical Industry and
Trade Association, benefiting from some of its legal, social and fiscal
structures. Also, a website has been created which presents the compromise of
this new association. According to the organizations press release, one of its
aims is to fulfil its role as employers organization, protect the independence
of the associated trades, and join together and represent all industry
professionals.
Furthermore, its goals also include giving value to the sector, protecting
its technical expertise and promoting it; protecting members individually and
collectively by managing the existing collective labour agreement; offering
advice and assistance to its members (social, legal, regulatory,
); proposing
a pricing policy that allows equal access for all; being open to innovation
from within the sector; ensuring strong lobbying action next to the public,
regional, national and european authorities; and associating with national
confederal structures.
