Under the title Natural Refrigerants: Economical and Ecological, eurammon is holding an Operators Day on 21 April 2010, in Paradies, Schaffhausen (near Zurich) on the economical and ecological advantages of natural refrigerants.
As part of this German-English information event, eurammon is providing system operators, planners, system engineers and other interested parties, with useful information on the future applications of natural refrigerants in different fields.

The Operators Day is our response to the growing interest in practical questions about natural refrigerants, explains Thomas Spänich, board member at eurammon. The end customers have already repeatedly heard about natural refrigerants and now they want to know which natural refrigerants are suitable for which application, how you can generate the maximum energy efficiency with the systems and what kind of value for money they can expect.
Attention will focus on applications involving industrial refrigeration, air-conditioning technology and heat recovery and the topics of the ten short presentations and case studies will include ammonia chillers, carbon dioxide refrigeration systems and heat pumps to components and statutory regulations through to special applications such as ice slurry.
