CIAT launches GEO2 a new sizing software of lying coupled heat exchangers to heat pumps. It calculates the length of lying heat exchangers, and the operating parameters of the installation (COP and EER), for different designs of lying exchanger.
Geothermal energy is an alternative energy source to the conventional and it is in phase of growth around the world. CIATs GEO2 facilitates the implementation of this free energy source enabling an increase in the performance of heating and/or air conditioning systems that work with these exchangers.
GeO2 incorporates a database of water-water equipment, weather information, pipes, fluids, etc., which allows to design the lying exchanger you need to install.
The most important news regarding the current software are:
- Support for XP, Vista and Windows 7;
- New user interface;
- Includes new range of cooling plants, even more efficient;
- Selection of different application temperatures of heating and cooling;
- Generation of reports and spreadsheet with the results;
- Inclusion of climate zones under CTE, plus all the Spanish provincial capitals.
