Refricolombia 2007 will take place on the 5th and 6th of July at the Compensar Convention Center (Bogota), an industrial and commercial refrigeration congress and trade fair.

Already on its fourth edition, Refricolombia is addressed to all those responsible for the selection, installation and maintenance of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment, from industrial processes through to food transportation and conservation; that is, its main audience are engineers, contractors and technicians from major equipment manufacturers, engineering/contracting firms and, of course, the end user, on whom we are focusing most of our marketing actions.

“It’s a fact that Colombia doesn’t use the best food conservation methods, and, eventhough there are repair and maintenance centres for refrigeration equipment, training and knowledge update is never enough”, noted Julián Arcila, editor of AC/R Latinoamérica magazine, the event organizer. “In order to improve the sector in Colombia, AC/R Latinoamérica magazine has been organizing Refricolombia, a national annual seminar providing training and updating refrigeration practice in the country, since 2004, the year of its first edition.”
