EVAPCO Europe, a global leader dedicated to designing and manufacturing products for the evaporative cooling and industrial refrigeration markets around the globe, successfully finalized the acquisition of the Danish Flex Coil A/S, a manufacturer and marketer of specialty finned coil products for the industrial, refrigeration and air conditioning markets, including off-shore and nuclear applications.

According to Evapco Europe, the acquisition of Flex Coil offers many opportunities to enhance Evapco’s continuous research and development efforts for Environmentally Friendly Products. The addition of the Flex Coil products to the Evapco family of products makes it possible to optimize the product offering to bring the best solution to the customer with minimum water and energy usage, hence reducing the carbon footprint of the product user.

The current Flex Coil management will continue to lead and will benefit from the considerable technical and financial strength of Evapco. On the other hand, Evapco intends to further solidify the Flex Coil acquisition with an immediate significant expansion of the Denmark manufacturing facility and offices.
