Friulinox launches new Evolution series of refrigerated cabinets |

Friulinox, the premium Italian commercial
refrigeration brand, is releasing the Evolution
2 and  Evolution 3, a new range of upright refrigerator and
freezer cabinets which meet stringent professional and environmental needs for
busy catering establishments. Both the Evolution 3 and Evolution 2
cabinets are foamed with a water-based injection system and have 75mm
insulation, which has zero impact on ozone depletion, contributing towards
environmental and energy savings.
The new Evolution 3 refrigerated cabinets
marry traditional solutions with new technological controls and is equipped as
standard with a HACCP device that records temperatures, has an internal
humidity control adjustable from 60% to 90% to ensure the ideal ambient
temperature for delicate food. According to the company’s press release, its
self-diagnosis and function recording system prevents loss of efficiency of the
refrigeration system. In addition, its intelligent defrost function adapts
to real-time conditions.
Manufactured from
304 grade stainless steel both internally and externally, other features of the
Evolution 3 storage cabinets include a top mounted compressor and condenser for
additional energy efficiency. Bristling with ‘green’ features, the Evolution 2
products have an increased insulation thickness, efficient compressors with
reduced power consumption which give a 25% reduction over traditional
refrigeration power needed. The refrigerated Evolution 2 cabinet is
supplied with R134a gas with the freezer version R404a gas and there is also an
option to be supplied with R290 gas. |
