Munters, a
global leader in energy efficient air treatment solutions and restoration
services based on expertise in humidity and climate control technologies,
launched the new DryCool Standard that provides operators the ability to
control temperature and humidity independently.
DryCool is designed to cost effectively treat 100%
makeup air and can work in conjunction with existing A/C system or energy
recovery ventilator (ERV). It controls humidity on an as-needed basis, when
humidity levels exceed set point.
According to the companys press release,
the new DryCool Standard operates cost-efficiently because all of the energy
required for the operation of its desiccant dehumidifier is recycled from
cooling components. In addition, DryCool Standard can process between 1,000
cfm and 16,000 cfm of makeup air.
