EnerWorks announced that it has terminated its exclusive distribution agreement with Green Edge Products, that was working since 2009 for most of Ontario.

“We have terminated our distribution agreement for non-payment of amounts owing for product shipped in 2009,” says Dr. Phil Whiting, President and CEO.  “We have a strong plan in place to continue to service customers, dealers and other partners, and anticipate minimal impact on our growth in the Ontario marketplace.” 

At its discretion, EnerWorks will continue to ship product to Green Edge Products and Glenbarra Energy Services on a C.O.D. basis to ensure customers of Green Edge Products and Glenbarra Renewable Energy Services are able to access EnerWorks’ products.

EnerWorks has also launched legal proceedings against Green Edge Products and Glenbarra Energy Services.
