The Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Show, Horeq’07, which is taking place at Feria de Madrid on November 24th - 27th, provides the ideal setting for the presentation of the most important new features within the hotel and catering industry, products designed to enhance competitiveness, productivity and leadership of companies working in this sector.

This year’s edition offers an important novelty: Contract Vision business platform. Furthermore, Horeq will also supply specialized information and training on new business opportunities in the market through the I International Contract Forum, which will be happening simultaneously. It is divided into four areas: training conferences on competitivity factors; presentation of international companies’ experience in this área to illustrate the conferences; meetings with specifiers, manufacturers and end users; technical tours at some facilities. On the other hand, visitors will be able to get to know the latest product innovations, such as the air-conditioning system for wine cellars produced by Adolfo Esteban, which is being presented in Spain for the first time. This new air-conditioning model is based on cold generation and a series of variable-speed fans. Thanks to this technology, it not only ensures an optimum temperature for wine, but also significantly reduces noise levels, avoid loss of humidity and reduce energy costs and consumption.
