Thermokey adds a new ON/OFF type fan
controller and electrical panel to the broad range of existing accessories for
dry coolers and condensers. The electrical panel has been designed to interface
different input signals available for air cooled heat exchangers and turn on or
off groups of fans with a proportional control through power relays.
It features temperature signals (2 signal inlets for NTC probes), pressure signals
(2 inlets for pressure transducers), and 0-10V, 4-20mA control signals. It is
user friendly when it comes to settings. The ON/OFF controller part is very
flexible and can be used for all types of applications with heat exchangers,
with its 11 default software programs for Plug and Play installations in MASTER
& SLAVE modes. According to the companys press release, this device is the
ideal solution for the less expert end user and it is designed according to EU
norms for power electromechanical and electronic hardware. The electric panel
has a sophisticated All-Round system which allows an independent control of
single groups of fans, so that, in case of fan break-downs, the heat exchanger
is guaranteed to still run and perform in the best possible way.
Two working parameter displays, a wide range of analysis signals,
internal diagnostics and an IP 55 protection level make Thermokeys ON/OFF
controller an extremely reliable and safe device. Furthermore, this ON/OFF controller
has a specialized software to be used when controlling Thermokeys Adiabatic
AFS system. For expert users the controller includes a hardware service key to
access and modify settings of particular parameters. This ON/OFF electric panel
is available in different sizes that cover the whole capacity range of
Thermokey dry coolers and condensers and is available in the Archimede product
selection software. |
