The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA) elected five members to its Board of Directors at their annual business meeting on October 14 at SMACNA’s 66th annual convention in Palm Desert, Calif. Four directors will serve four-year terms and one director will serve a one-year term, in order to help strengthen the industry.

The five newly elected members of SMACNA’s Board of Directors are Stephen J. Doonan, DeKalb Mechanical Inc., DeKalb, Ill.; Steven J. Perrone, Harrington Brothers Corp., Stoughton, Mass.; Stephen R. Richards, Richards Sheet Metal Works Inc., Ogden, Utah; Howard “Mack” Spears, Reliable Electrical and Mechanical Services Inc., Piqua, Ohio; Jack Knox, R.F. Knox Company Inc., Smyrna, Ga.
