TROX, a leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of components and systems for air conditioning and ventilation, has recently equipped the Prospect House office building in London with its Multi-Service Chilled Beam system (MSCB), thus reducing the building’s energy consumption.

MSCB system is an energy efficient solution that provides high quality and flexibility, while being in compliance with current regulations. The solution enables energy savings of 22% and reduces carbon emissions in 15%, compared to conventional cooling systems.

According to the company’s press release, the technologies provided by TROX for the New Prospect House are extremely efficient, minimizing its energy costs, both to heat the building during the winter and to cool the offices during the summer.
