The EC Consultation on the review of the F Gas Regulations was issued in September.  The Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board (ACRIB) is preparing a response to the consultation and has invited comment from industry. Its current view is that future legislation should focus on policy measures which support the progress already achieved by industry in reducing emissions such as improved enforcement, clearer technical specifications and encouraged investment in compliance and containment.
