On October 18th, the presentation of the 8th China International Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Expo (CIHE & HVAC 2008) took place at the General Service Building in China International Exhibition Center. During this event, the leaders of industry associations and academies, such as Mr. Lu Bin, Vice Superintendent of the Institute of Air Conditioning, China Academy of Building Research, made speeches about the HVAC industry.
