SWEP has announced it will start a new era at Chillventa, where the
company is present as an exhibitor. This includes a new corporate identity and new
products for chillers and heat pumps.
Its new corporate identity aims at reflecting a simple, direct approach,
which says customers can turn to it when they need simple answers to
complicated questions. The goal is also to say the solutions it proposes will
be forward-looking, economical and efficient, with the environmental
credentials that the world demands today. As for the red color, according to
SWEP its the strongest color in the palette, and conveys heat, energy in every
sense, and the potential for mutual growth and change. Expect more. Expect
change.
SWEP will also be presenting new products, such as the Q-type high-performance
evaporators developed for heat pump applications using R407C or R410A as
refrigerant. The Q-type features a special injection system that
ensures perfect distribution of the refrigerant into the evaporator. This
minimizes the heat transfer surface used for superheating the refrigerant while
maintaining stable operating conditions. The
Q80 is available in two versions: the QA80, optimized for applications in the
2-4 kW/m2 heat flux range, and the QB80, optimized for applications in the 4-6
kW/m2 range. The company will also be presenting its new DP300 compact brazed
heat exchanger (CBE), which is being developed as a true dual evaporator for
chillers using the environmentally preferred refrigerant R410A. The DP300 is
aimed at OEMs working with scroll compressor-based chillers with capacities up
to 300 kW, reveals the companys press release.
