CIAT, one of the European leaders in
centralized air conditioning, air handling and heat exchange, recently
announced the launch of the FLOW'AIR dual-flow air
handling unit, a plug and play ventilation appliance designed to renew the air
inside buildings, in accordance with the RT 2012 regulations.
According to the
companys press release, by optimizing the thermal cycle recovering heat from
the extracted air and by using the new CIAT HEE (high energy efficiency) fans,
FLOW'AIR reduces energy consumption by 40% compared with previous solutions.
The FLOW'AIR range is available
in three configurations, such as the conventional model with an air flow rate
from 300 to 2500 m3/h, the vertical model, ranging from 300 to 2600 m3/h, and
the ceiling model with an air flow rate from 300 to
1900 m3/h.
In accordance with the environmental commitment of the CIAT Group, FLOW'AIR has
been developed in an eco-design approach to reduce the impacts of the product
on the environment by incorporating at the design stage considerations of
choice of materials, the energy efficiency, and material recycling potential, among
others. |
