The American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) returns to the Cannon Caucus Room on Capitol Hill on November 20, 2009 and will gather the most thoughtful leaders of renewable energy for the sixth straight year to engage the Congress in a dialog about how to set public policy for a scale-up of renewable energy to 25% by 2025 and 50% by 2050.

This year, the ACORE’s National Policy Conference will address U.S. competitiveness in the global renewable energy industry, in the face of aggressive competition from China, Germany, Japan and other countries. The conference will cover the renewable energy landscape, the challenges and solutions to renewable electricity and renewable fuels.
