Johnson Controls, the largest independent supplier of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) products, recently introduced the P266 single-phase condenser fan speed control for single-phase permanent split capacitor (PSC) motors used in outdoor low-ambient refrigeration and air-conditioning condenser applications. It reduces power and motor temperature at lower speeds, and features a stainless steel electronic pressure transducer that prevents refrigerant leaks.
