Mitsubishi Electric
is offering free seminars focusing on the low carbon benefits of air source
heat pumps, including its Ecodan air source heat pump which meets the
requirements for a sustainable alternative to traditional carbon home heating
in the UK.
The next free seminars will take place on the 10th November and 1st December
2009, and on 19th January and 9th February 2010, at Mitsubishi's conference
suite at its Hatfield headquarters.
According to Mitsubishi
Electric, the Ecodan air source heat
pump offers carbon-free heating for homes by upgrading natural energy from
the outside air and converting it to provide domestic space heating and hot
water. In addition, the unit can reduce emissions by 50 per cent over gas
boilers and cut running costs by 30 per cent to help reduce energy bills, thus
maximising energy efficiency. It is also compatible with radiators and under
floor heating systems.
