Fulton, a global manufacturer of
heat transfer products, announces its pulse condensing boilers are contributing
toward more LEED points than any commercial boiler on the market in the
following categories set forth by the Green Building Rate System For New
Construction and Major Renovations (LEEDNC) Version 2.1: Green Power,
Innovation in Design, Optimizing Energy Performance and On-Site Renewable Energy.
With thermal efficiencies up to 98%, pulse boilers are perfect for any green
building application. Surpassing the standard set forth by ASHRAE 90.1-2007 for
optimizing energy efficiency, Fultons
pulse boilers can be incorporated in sustainable building designs and can
contribute more LEED points than any other condensing boiler. Pulse combustion
is a natural process that is self-sustaining and does not require the need for
a power burner, drastically decreasing energy consumption. When running, Fultons pulse boilers
draw less than one amp at 120VAC and can be run off a single solar panel.
Low energy consumption and ultra-high efficiencies result in an industry
leading green technology in a condensing boiler that is ideal for LEED
certified buildings. With a convenient footprint, pulse boilers fit through a
standard doorway and are perfect for retrofit applications, major building
renovations or new construction. Low Emissions are also available with
emissions compliant to SCAQMD Rule 1146.2.
