Salvador Escoda, the Spanish company
that represents the ESBE brand,
exclusively presents the new VRG series 3 and 4-way rotary mixing and deviating
valve, which replaces the former MG and G series. This new valve improves the
quality of the materials as it is built in DZR brass, a copper and zinc alloy
built to resist corrosion and the electrolytic phenomenon.
Furthermore, the interior design has been technically improved, which reduces
flow loss between 0.1% and 0.05%. All this results in high performance and an
increase in energy efficiency. The mixing valve is more accurate and quick: the
delay is minimal and the accuracy level is very high. Monitoring is directly
performed with the valve, which allows for a stable assembly without vibration
or variations in the energy consumption caused by excessive heat or temperature
variation, all of it solved thanks to the new ARA series motors (compatible
with the old G, MG and F series valves).
The valve motor set has a more compact design, 15 mm less than the previous
model, which makes it particularly adecuate for integration in boilers, heat
pumps or mixing groups. The VRG valves are manufactured from DN-1/2 up to DN-2 and at the beginning will be
marketed with female threads, reveals the companys press release. |
