Spirax Sarco, a leading
company in humidification systems, has released the Direct Injection Humidifier
under the HygroMatik
brand. The humidifier offers a
reliable, cost-effective method of meeting humidification requirements within
hospitals, educational institutions, processing facilities and other commercial
structures.
The Direct Steam Injection
Humidifier solves humidification problems by injecting dry saturated steam into
an air duct system with no condensate carryover. As condensation flows downward
through the separating chamber, dry steam flows upward through the separator
and is precisely regulated by the control valve. Upon leaving the control
valve, dry steam is then dispersed through the orifices of the steam jacketed
manifold(s) within the duct.
Constructed
with a stainless steel manifold and separator, the humidifier is light in weight
and compact for easy installation. The manifolds are available between 6 in. and 13 ft in length. According to the companys press release, installers have a choice of
either a modulating pneumatic or electric actuator to meet their design
specification needs. |
