Embraco, the world-wide market and technology leader of hermetic compressors for refrigeration, will exhibit its global line of commercial compressors at AHR Expo - México 2008, one of Latin America’s leading trade fairs for refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation. The exhibition will be held from September 23 to 25, 2008, in Monterrey, N.L. Mexico. The company expects to use the event as a platform to reinforce its growing presence in the Mexican commercial refrigeration segment.

In a 55,74sqm booth, Embraco will display the new compressor series for CO2 applications. The intention is to reinforce the viability of this new cooling solution and present the positive results reached up to now by Embraco. The company will also show its compressors for HFC alternative refrigerants, such as propane (R290) for freezers and isobutane (R600a) for bottle coolers, which are currently being commercialized in Mexico. The Embraco VCC (Variable Capacity Compressor) line continues to expand. Embraco is going to present the most complete line of its VCC compressors for commercial systems in the Mexican market. Tests on standard commercial applications with the VCC demonstrated that the reduction in energy consumption can reach up to 40% when compared to the conventional compressor consumption. The key emphasis will be on the new NT compressor series, which has set a new level of cooling capacity, high efficiency and low noise, reveals the company’s press release.
