As South America's fresh and frozen export market continues to grow (it's more than doubled during the past seven years), so does the need for dependable transport refrigeration technology. Thermo King has answered that need with products like the MAGNUM container reefer, AFAM+ (Advanced Fresh Air Management System), among others. Thermo King has grown its service providers by 10 percent per year over the last five years in South America alone due to its market growth and demand. And training sessions, orchestrated through the Thermo King Learning Center, are an on-going initiative.

"Both technician and customer trainings such as these are imperative to any market, but especially South America where shipping lines have reefer operations for frozen and fresh specialty products that are being shipped all around the world,” he continued.
