Modine Manufacturing Company, a specialized leader in thermal management systems and components, recently announced the introduction of its Effinity⁹³ withConservicore™ technology, which is designed to be the most efficient gas-fired unit heater in North America. The new heater features a full line of six models ranging from 135,000 to 310,000 BTU/hr — all operating at 93 percent efficiency — in order to give commercial HVAC users a more efficient way of heating their buildings so they can dramatically lower their energy bills, decrease fuel consumption, and keep their environments controlled for optimal comfort and safety.

“The new efficiency standard we’re unveiling is a major bottom-line advantage for customers, but this is also a feature-driven unit,” said Richard Boothman, Director North American Sales for the Commercial Products Group. “The 93 percent efficiency standard means a substantial energy savings.
