Nu-Heat is launching and new polystyrene floating floor in an effort to make it easier for installers to direct under floor heating tubes back to the manifold.
Nu-Heat's multi-directional floating floor panel has variable spacings of 125mm and 250mm, allowing for the correct amount of tube to be installed, saving both time and money. Nu-Heat said that by using its multi-directional floating floor panel, installers can now make turns without using special routing equipment, cutters or tools. Systems with larger manifold configurations will be supplied with a routed mdf ducting panel that enables the neat and tidy distribution of the tube from the manifold into the polystyrene tray.
The heating pipe array, diffuser plates and polystyrene panel can be installed with just a 25mm height build-up from the subdeck, plus final deck and floor finish.
